- Gold Series overhead garage door by Ideal Door with a ½ HP Premium Series Liftmaster opener
- Carrier Infinity HVAC system
- All wood cabinets with custom hardware from Bertch or several other quality cabinet supplies
- American Standard plumbing fixtures
- A high quality engineered wood floor from Kahrs for the main level
- A Majestic or Heatilator fireplace or even an electric fireplace from Summit Fireplace and much more

At the same time there are numerous options available for all these high quality products with respect to particular style, color, and other aspects.
- A generous light fixture allowance, wich will allow you to find fixtures that will differentiate your townhome
- Pella windows have various window blind and shade options
- Your choice of various cabinets, countertops, millwork (interior doors and trim), wood floor, carpet, ceramic tile, glass shower enclosure and mirrors, etc.
We have a designer available to help you coordinate your selections and answer questions.
There is even some customizing opportunities on the exterior of your townhome. We are selecting the exterior colors for the first building consisting of seven units. Each townhome will have a distinct color scheme with a unique combination of brick, siding, roof color, window color, and door style and color.
If you are interested in purchasing a townhome that is not at the point of having the exterior selected, we will be willing to work with you on exterior selection subject to the coordination with the other townhomes.

- Schweiters Finish Carpentry for cabinets, countertops, millwork, wood floor, fireplace mantel, and closet design
- Southern Lights for light fixtures.
- Summit Fireplace for the fireplace.
